Testing Oilfield Equipment
Non-Destructive Testing
Runwell Energy Services analyses welds, threads, bodies of pipes, valves and other oilfield equipment for the presence of (invisible) defects without destroying the serviceability of the part or system. This process is called Non Destructive Testing (NDT). Testing, inspecting and evaluating equipment or components for deviations in characteristics without causing any damage. When the NDT crack detection inspection or test is completed the part can still be used. Because NDT does not permanently change the inspected material, it is a technique that can save both valuable time and money.
